The City Mini is an ordinary full-size stroller. It's best known for being lightweight and compact. It also performs well in all our categories, though it's not as high as other strollers due to a poorly placed windows and storage that is somewhat blocked.
But, it's an excellent stroller, and one of our top choices for families that require something that can get them through daily use and occasional adventure. It has a wide footrest that is cushioned. This will make it comfortable for little ones. The seat reclines to a pretty flat position but we found it a bit tricky to do and took two hands. The adjustable calf supports for calf are a nice feature that allows your child's feet to lift up when they get tired.
The City Mini, like many other strollers we have listed is equipped with a large canopy that is UV50. Parents love it. The sun shade is beautifully designed and pulls all the way down, which is great because it will keep your little one well protected from the sun without having to constantly tuck it back in place.
Another excellent feature of the City Mini is that it is able to be converted into double strollers by attaching an accessory kit. You can choose any Baby Jogger car-seat and create an entire travel system from the beginning. The only drawback is that the addition of the second seat alters the appearance and feel of the stroller dramatically and some parents might be a little unsure to manage once they are used to it.
Another option to the City Mini is the City Mini GT Double Stroller. This model is slightly more expensive than the single City Mini but it does have extra features, like "forever air" rubber suspension and tyres that make it suitable for off-roading. It comes with an adjustable handlebar as well as parking brakes that can be operated with a hand, and a more user-friendly design than the regular City Mini.
